  • 300 g rigatoni pasta
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup double cream
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with paprika, salt, and pepper; let them marinate.
  2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Sear the steaks in a hot frying pan for about 1 minute on each side; remove and let rest.
  4. Boil rigatoni until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  5. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic before adding chicken stock and cream.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted; add reserved pasta water as needed.
  7. Toss cooked rigatoni with sauce and top with cubed steak.
