  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (56 peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and half of the flour; toss gently.
  3. In another bowl, mix remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add diced cold butter and blend until crumbly.
