  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 cups lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic; cook for about 8 minutes until softened.
