  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz each) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cotton candy, torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Additional cotton candy for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar, sour cream, and flour until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Fold in cotton candy.
  3. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 60-70 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar for an hour.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Top with whipped cream and additional cotton candy before serving.
