  • 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese (softened)
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, chicken broth, parsley, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked linguini. Add half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses; mix gently to coat.
