  • 32 ounces small curd cottage cheese
  • 16 ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free substitute)

  • 1 pound cooked bacon
  • Assorted vegetables (red bell pepper, onion)

Instructions
