  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Seasonings: Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth (or water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with olive oil for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in the baking dish and layer sliced potatoes over it. Season accordingly.
  5. Add shredded cheeses on top and pour in beef broth around the edges.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
