  • ½ cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Cut each slice of bread into thirds to form sticks. Dip each stick into the egg mixture until well coated.
  3. In a small plate or shallow bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with nonstick spray. Add dipped bread sticks and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Immediately roll warm sticks in the cinnamon sugar mixture for even coating.
