  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • 1 large bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or mason jar, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar or honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apple, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss gently.
  3. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to enhance flavors.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top for added crunch.
