Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons dried)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • ⅔ cup saltine cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and salt until thoroughly combined.
  2. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and saltine cracker crumbs with a silicone spatula to maintain the integrity of the crab.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help hold its shape.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
